Have questions? You can find answers to some of the most common ones below. |
Q: I don't see your pricing on your website? How much does it cost to have 'X' done?
A: There are two reasons for this. First, because of the number of competing designers that are out there, it is simply not smart practice to advertise rates online. More importantly, the nature of the type of work we do is subject to so many variables, that it is nearly impossible to guarantee a set flat rate - much of this is dependent on an individual clients needs and requirements. This is actually a GOOD thing for you, because we will never price a job until meeting with you and discussing your needs - and we will never charge more for a job than we honestly feel it is worth. |
Q: Your online competition is charging ___ for this. Can you match that?
A: There are a myriad of design services out there offering $200 websites or $100 logos, etc. Whether you choose to use us or a competitor, we hope that price is not your only determining factor in making a choice. Caveat Emptor - first, make sure that the service offered meets your needs and offers a quality product. If you find that a competitor is offering a lower price for comparable work, we will certainly be flexible in our negotiations. |
Q: When is payment due on my job?
A: For the majority of the work we do, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due prior to the execution of the project, with the remainder due once the customer is satisfied with the end result. However, in the case of some larger projects, arrangements can often be made to divide the balance into payments. |
Q: What is the process for having work done by WorldWideWolf Design?
A: The first step is to have a consultation about what you are looking for, which we will follow up with a proposal outlining expected cost and turnaround time. After approval and receipt of deposit, work begins immediately. We typically offer up to 3 revisions once you have seen our first concept, although some tweaking and fine-tuning may be necessary that does not fall under the definition of a full revision.
